We will always inform you about the price prior to starting the translation. The price is calculated based on an analysis of the source text. You do not have to fill in any forms or register. Just send us files you need to translate and wait for our quote.
Our prices include basic graphic adjustment for formatting according to the original document. Every price quote for a translation includes a check by our in-house editors to ensure the delivered translation is complete and corresponds to our quality standards.
How do we determine the price of a translation? The best way is to send the documents to sales@nk‑langa.com and we will send you a non-binding price calculation, including an optimal solution and a proposed deadline. The price is based on the number of words or standard pages. One standard page is 1,800 characters (incl. spaces). We are happy to explain in detail how the pricing process works, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
The price for interpreting includes the interpreter´s preparation, which encompasses the study of supporting documents and other reference materials. The price is for consecutive interpreting. In the case of simultaneous interpreting, interpreting over the phone or any other type of interpreting, the price is calculated individually according to a client's requirements. The price for interpreting does not include expenses for travel, travel time, food and accommodation.
